How I envy you,
The powerful of
The Earth,
The lethal, the mighty,
The rich and the vain.
 
How I admire you,
The just, the righteous,
The strong and the clean.
 
You are beautiful blades
Of grain, growing on an
Endless plain.
 
How sweet it is
When the wind
Races through
You;
Teaching the
Delicious joy
Of bowing
